January Book Haul

So, I've got an upcoming discussion post about - well, the buying binge I went on after I'd nearly completely cleaned out my physical TBR. But, anywho, this is my first month of attempting to revitalize my TBR stack. (Because I read most of that huge haul that I got last month last month.)

Oh my god, so many books. *heart eyes* I can't wait for you to finish the Starbound trilogy and then tell me which book was your favorite from the three. I'm really interested in your review/thoughts on These Vicious Masks and Starlight - they both sound really intriguing, but I've seen some mixed reviews that made me.. not so excited. Eek, really want to hear what you think of The Winner's Crime, so do DM me when you finished it. I think that might be my least fave from the trilogy, but I'm in the minority.
Hope you'll love all these books! :)

Thanks so much! Yeah, I am beyond excited to finally have my hands on some of these awesome looking books. I kind of dealt with the same thing with These Vicious Masks and Starflight, but I was encouraged by the way the one starts (previews are a wonderful thing!) and I read a review for the other that made it sound very promising. Definitely keeping my fingers crossed on them. And I'll let you know about Starbound and The Winner's Crime once I get them read. (Very interested in seeing how Starbound ends up!)
That's a lot! Wow! I remember the Magicians Guild by Trudi Canavan! Oh, and Stalking Darkness! Loved that book

I think this haul is the first time I totally felt like I was gloating. (Just a little mind you, but there nonetheless.) The Magician's Guild sounds awesome and I've heard some really great things about it so I'm hoping I'll like it. Definitely thought I'd have read Stalking Darkness by now because I bought it immediately after reading the first in the series.
